The Power of Sleep

The way to a more productive, more inspired, more joyful life is getting enough sleep.

Shocking? Not really, I think we all know this but maybe it’s only on a sub-conscious level. What’s actually shocking is that a lot of us see sleep deprivation as being equal to productivity or worse still, a virility symbol!

So, if you think you’re being heroically productive by getting only four hours sleep every night, go and get some shuteye, your body will thank you for it.
